Strategic operations leader Ramon Anthony Jadra serves as a business consultant for JFive, LLC, in Maryland. In this capacity, he consults with representatives from the defense and aerospace industries about strategies that improve their outcomes, profitability, and business efficiencies. Beyond that, Ramon Anthony Jadra talks to third-party vendors about how they can eliminate waste and implement lean manufacturing practices by improving labor and equipment.
Mr. Jadra began his career more than two decades ago when he graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s in business administration. He subsequently joined Raloid Corporation in Maryland and spent the next 26 years working for the company. Throughout that time, he held progressively higher roles in numerous departments, including purchasing, sales, operations, and marketing. Eventually, he took on the title of president/consultant in 1999 and remained in this role until he left the Raloid Corporation.
To supplement both his practical experience and educational background, Ramon Anthony Jadra attended several seminars about professional topics during the course of his career. He also completed the Lean Six Sigma course for Lockheed Martin, a client of the Raloid Corporation, and joined the National Tool and Die Association (NTMA). Although no longer a member of NTMA, he did serve as vice president of his local chapter between 2001 and 2004.
